PAPER IN BLOOM

At the very first time, a group of watercolorists in the Philippines was very grateful with the radiant recognition given to them for the expanded creativity and originality of their paintings exhibited in "Paper In Bloom" that was launched to the public on February  04, 2020 at the Art Gallery of The Manila Hotel in partnership with Manila Bulletin and International Watercolor Society-Philippines.

Featured artists  in this event were members of International Watercolor Society-Philippines. They were Jinky Rayo, Bianca Borlagdan-Luztre, Suklin Chang-Pena, Buds Convocar, Romina Dayanghirang, Jerry Dela Rosa, Dinna Delos Reyes, Edna Delos Reyes, Rolly Delos Santos, Hemy Fabay, Kyle Fortu-Legaspi, Jean Govinda, Ella Hipolito, Elizabeth Jarantilla, Judy Liuson, Sarah Luson-Ongsun, Christine Nunez, Tessa Punzalan-Brodeth, Sheila Quisumbing-Bondoc, Thur Toledo, Manny Vailoces, Ralph Villaluz, and Arvino Yanuario and Melanie Reyes-Tuquet .



Almost 50 watercolor paintings of orchids were publicly displayed on the wall intended for ‘Paper in Bloom Exhibit" by The Art Gallery of The Manila Hotel. One was my artwork that I called "Dalisay".



Paintings of waling-waling and phalaenopsis were highlighted in this exhibit.
